Become Player” Pattern
Find a sport you are passionate about
First of all find the sport you are passionate about and something that really matters to you. This can be a sport that you enjoy playing and practicing, something that will help you gets through the tougher days. Plus, if you enjoy what you are doing, you will be less stressed, which helps you recover better from practices and injuries.

This can be a sport that you enjoy playing and practicing, something that will help you gets through the tougher days. Plus, if you enjoy what you are doing, you will be less stressed, which helps you recover better from practices and injuries. You probably know your body and physical skills fairly well, but it is always good to have an outside perspective. Coaches can help you set reachable goals, stay focused on achieving them, and find ways to help you improve if you fall short.Practicing with the team is important, but you will also want to make sure you set aside time to improve your skills. It can be easy to let your mind wander when you are doing drills and exercises. It is important, though, that you stay focused on what you are doing.Once you have finished a workout or practice session, take some time to give your body a physical cool down period. Some low-intensity movements and stretches are good to help restore your muscles and process metabolic waste. It is also a good way to relax mentally after an intense practice or game.Being a player is an opportunity to compete against others and be successful in something. Focus on the great things you can do, which will allow you to pursue excellence, not perfection. When you start a practice or workout regimen, give yourself something to work towards. Great players are able to set goals for both the short and long term that are realistic and achievable.Preparing your mind for what you want and what it will be like when you get it is an important part of being a successful player. Elite athletes spend time visualizing their success before it happens. This can help them calm down before a competition, thinking about how good it will feel to accomplish their goals, rather than being nervous about not being able to achieve them.Great players don’t just take care of their bodies and develop their skills. They also respect the others involved in their sport, including their opponents. A good player will be able to control his or her emotions, not getting too angry when things go wrong. Not only will this help in dealing with coaches and supporters, but also in overcoming difficult opponents, or other things that can hurt a player’s self-confidence.Whatever level of work you are doing, it is important that you get the right amount of water before, during, and after your physical activity. If you aren’t properly hydrated, your body can’t perform properly, and you will feel fatigue, cramps, and dizziness, if not something worse like heat exhaustion or heat stroke.Eating right will help give you the nutrients necessary to grow muscle and maintain your energy throughout practice or a game. A good player will also be able to vary his or her diet before and after exercising to derive the best benefits from food.Sleep can play a major role in consistent and strong player performance. Sleeping helps to regenerate your energy and strength after exercising, which lets you be at your best the next day for the next practice or game? Regular sleep will also keep your stress levels lower. This will help helping you remain calm and focused during competition.
Become Scientist” Pattern
Expect Failure and Then Learn From It
You’re rarely ever going to get something perfect on the first try. When you don’t get it right, learn from it. Scientists treat failure as a data point. As a matter of fact, it’s also how they treat positive results. Data points eventually lead to an answer. To a scientist, failure or any negative result is not a bad thing because proving something is wrong is just as useful as proving something right as long as you are learning along the way.
Treat your failures as data points.

To a scientist, failure or any negative result is not a bad thing because proving something is wrong is just as useful as proving something right as long as you are learning along the way.
Treat your failures as data points.
Albert Einstein once said, “We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them.”
Scientists believe that in order to solve a problem, you have to be able to stand back, observe it and define it. The next step is to then rephrase it. Ask how can you reword this problem to make it easier to solve. For example, don’t ask yourself how to increase your productivity; instead ask how you can make your job easier.
Dictionaries define assumptions as something that is taken for granted. Scientists don’t like to take things for granted. They like to challenge conventional thoughts and turn those ideas upside down. They do it by experimenting with the assumption and then testing it to see if the results prove it to be true. We should all do the same thing. Take basic assumptions you have about your work or personal life and then determine a way to experiment with them. When testing a hypothesis, scientists are taught to conduct experiments and research that are designed to minimize or eliminate any biases the scientist may have about the hypothesis. It’s important to do this as well when you are looking for solutions in your own personal issues. If you have an idea for a solution, and you want to test it first, you must figure out a way that eliminates any bias you have toward that solution before you can get any true results. One thing that curious young children always do with their parents is ask questions. “Why is the sky blue? Why does a dog bark? Why aren’t there any more dinosaurs?” Kids do this because they want to learn. Scientists also constantly ask questions. You have to continue asking questions yourself if you want to keep learning. It’s impossible to know what answers your looking for until you know what questions to ask.Scientists rarely work alone. Even the greatest ones of all time, like Einstein, Galileo, Marie Curie, Isaac Newton, Charles Darwin, Stephen Hawking and Nikola Tesla all collaborated with others on their work. If some of the most brilliant minds in all of history were willing to happily collaborate with others on their ideas, why shouldn’t you? Collaboration is the practice whereby individuals work together as a group with a common purpose to achieve a shared goal. For scientists, it’s important to share the results of their findings. Scientists often find solutions after knowing the findings of other scientists’ experiments. In business, by sharing your results with your colleagues, you are helping to better your organization because others can use that information to improve their results.
If it’s a breakthrough discovery, your organization may want to issue a formal report or a press release.

In the online age, its easy to get distracted. You just wanted to check your email and suddenly you are four pages deep on a Breaking Bad forum then you re-watch the final season. Time well spent.
Don't let your online wanderings get the better of you. Make a list of your priorities. Tackle them in order of importance. Put time into your projects but when you hit a brick wall, don't get out the hammer. Instead, relax and take a break.

Devote time to disconnect from work.
Does reading make you smarter? Yes, regardless of content, reading increases your intelligence. A paper by Anne E. Cunningham claims that children who read turn into smart adults. Interestingly, Cunningham suggests that the actual reading material plays little role in the result. Instead, the act of reading produces increased intelligence.
Reading creates an atmosphere for reflection and analytical thought. You pause and consider what you read. The practice of reading demands attention. Simpl
Once you learn a piece of information, review it. You can’t learn if you don’t remember. Memory functions through repetition. When you repeat a fact, you set the wheels of memory in motion again.
The process of cumulatively reviewing information helps your knowledge to stick. Experiences linger on the outer cortex of the brain before transforming into memories housed in the hippocampus.

Easier said than done, but learning a language represents one of the top things that make you smarter. Studying a language proves challenging for most people. It takes years of work to gain fluency in a foreign tongue. Lucky for you, mastering a language isn’t the point. Language acquisition launches your brain into a full workout. When you read, hear and converse in a language, your

Guys grunting at the gym don’t usually look like Einstein, but daily exercise actually makes you smarter. Including 30 minutes of cardiovascular exercise in your daily routine will enhance your mental clarity and intelligence.

Picking up an instrument will not only impress your friends, it will make you smarter. When you play an instrument, you employ a vast area of your brain at once.
Consider the senses. You use your visual, auditory, and physical capacities all while playing an instrument. Your experience of playing music uses tons of cognitive processes simultaneously, for instance:
analytic capacities to read the music
visual cues from watching your hands
maintaining rhythm and tone.
You need to eat, so why not power your intelligence with brain-booster super foods? Certain foods contain qualities proven to enhance brain power. No need to order any fad food online – the best foods line the shelves of your local grocery store.
The best foods for brain function all contain high levels of fat. Historically, fat has a bad reputation. People generally believe that eating fat makes you fat. Some fats do affect your body negatively, but not all.
Establishing a short, daily meditation practice can beef up your concentration, alertness, creativity, and intelligence. Numerous studies show a direct link between meditation and increased brain activity. Many prominent university researchers claim meditation benefits the brain.
Be Healthful” Pattern
Stop Smoking
This is by far the most important habit, as it affects almost every single one of the leading causes of death. It’s also the hardest of these habits to change. It’s not at all impossible.
This is by far the most important habit, as it affects almost every single one of the leading causes of death. It’s also the hardest of these habits to change. It’s not at all impossible. This is not exactly a habit — the best habit to form to lose weight is to eat less. Or eat more of things that don’t have a lot of calories, like fruits and veggies. Being overweight is just below smoking the worst risk factor for many diseases. You don’t need me to tell you to exercise, but listen to this: lack of exercise is a major risk factor for heart disease, stroke, colon and rectal cancers, diabetes, breast cancer, high blood pressure and high cholesterol. If you don’t exercise, you’re just asking to get a major disease. It’s almost a magic pill: do a bit of exercise every day, and you get healthy. You don’t need much — start with 5 minutes a day in the morning.Heavy drinking is one of the worst risk factors for many diseases.Eating red meats, and processed meats like sausages, bacon, canned meats and so on, is a risk factor for colon/rectal cancer, stomach cancer, and high cholesterol, which in turn is a leading risk factor for coronary heart disease and stroke. While this won’t sit well with many people, the overwhelming mass of research supports this. This is obvious, but it’s amazing how few veggies most people eat. Eating fruits and veggies reduces your risk of several leading diseases, and it’s one of the easiest habits to form. Eat a salad (without heavy dressings, bacon or other meats, croutons or cheese), add veggies to soups or veggie chili, cook up veggies as a healthy side dish with dinner or lunch. Eat fruits with breakfast and as snacks.Salt and saturated or trans fats are in so many processed or prepared foods, and they increase risks of high blood pressure and high cholesterol, which increase risk for heart disease and stroke. Despite what the Weston Price Foundation and other people on the Internet tell you, saturated fat isn’t healthy. Note that this isn’t a controversy in the medical community, but the “harmlessness” of saturated fats is perpetuated by the diary and meat industries, and lay writers like Gary Taube.Stress is a risk factor for heart disease and high blood pressure, which is itself a risk factor for stroke. Simplify your workday so that you’re not overly stressed, and exercise to relieve stress. It doesn’t matter which habit you choose. Just choose one. You’ll want to do more than one, but don’t.Read the last word again — if you enjoy it, the habit change will be easy. Replace smoking with positive habits you enjoy that fulfill the needs that smoking now fulfills (stress reduction, social lubrication, boredom relief, etc.). Replace red meats with healthy foods you enjoy.Just do 5 minutes the first week, and try to be consistent as possible. Then do 10 minutes. Small change is by far the most effective method I’ve used for changing habits. Slow change lasts.Find a partner or group to change the habit with you, so you’re more likely to stick with it.
Become Doctor” Pattern
They are life-long learners
A successful doctor makes an commitment to life-long learning. They strive for excellence by constantly improving their skills and knowledge. They recognise that, for the best outcome, the best investment they can make is in themselves. Constant learning minimises error, boosts self-confidence, and strengthens professional credibility.

They recognise that, for the best outcome, the best investment they can make is in themselves. Constant learning minimises error, boosts self-confidence, and strengthens professional credibility.Successful doctors share information and experiences with their peers. This habit helps to build a strong support network, and is a critical part of the problem solving process. Successful doctors also utilise digital technology and social media networks in order to communicate, increasing the accessibility and verifiability of information. They also surround themselves with forward-thinking people, and always schedule time to build relationships inside and outside of the workplace. One of the most important winning habits is to lead by example. They are role models and mentors for both their patients, and their community. They ensure that they take care of their own wellbeing by implementing personal habits such as eating healthily, exercising regularly, and taking time out for recreation and relaxation. Successful doctors are also aware of the risks of self-diagnosis. They have a healthy relationship with their own doctors, engaging in regular check-ups.Successful doctors will have the ability to manage emotions, as well as influence behaviors in order to reach desired outcomes. Their open minds allow them to understand people, and in turn, provide support for their patients. These doctors are composed, empathetic, and have an innate ability to compartmentalize the different aspects of their lives and their work. They are excellent communicators, and are focused on maintaining long-term, loyal, and authentic relationships.Successful doctors consciously engage in higher thought, and apply this reflection to everything they do. This process becomes habit, the habit creates routines, and the routine creates consistency in positive patient outcomes. Winning habits create winning outcomes!Successful doctors are organised, proactive and efficient. They come to work early to view schedules, check emails, and review appointments to make sure the day runs as smoothly as possible. They leave gaps in the schedule for administration, and plan for unexpected events. They know how to delegate tasks, and ensure everything that needs to be done is done by the end of the day.Successful doctors are self-motivated, dedicated, trustworthy, and reliable. They are effective team players and collaborate with specialists and co-workers to reduce human error and improve patient outcomes. Privacy is of utmost importance and confidentiality is vital in earning the trust and respect of patients, peers, and the community.Successful doctors make it a priority to have their finances in order. They seek the help of financial professionals to maximise their earnings and leverage their income to put those hard earn dollars to work. Allowing a trusted, experienced professional to look after their finances gives piece of mind, eliminates stress, and allows the doctor to focus on what they do best.Successful doctors know that both medicine and society are rapidly advancing. They accept these changes, and quickly modify their practice in order to adapt. They educate themselves on the latest studies and breakthroughs, and they view these findings with open minds and positive attitudes.Perhaps the most important one of our winning habits is that successful doctors simply love their work. Their passion for what they do gives them the natural ability to be disciplined and dedicated to the well-being of others, laying a solid foundation for success as a medical professional.
Become Wealthy” Pattern
Wake Up Early
There are plenty of axioms about the benefits of getting up early, and they’ve remained popular for a reason: Rising early is a powerful path to success. Millionaires simply do not sleep in – they have too much to accomplish every day.
There are plenty of axioms about the benefits of getting up early, and they’ve remained popular for a reason: Rising early is a powerful path to success. Millionaires simply do not sleep in – they have too much to accomplish every day.If wealthy people get up earlier than others, what are they doing with that extra time? Well, here’s what they’re not doing: checking their email. Many people believe starting the day with a perusal of the email inbox is productive, but wealthy folks know there are better things to do with that early morning time.
Some make a habit of meditating or writing in a journal, reading something educational, or getting a head start on an important project.
Wealthy people value their health and structure their eating habits accordingly. Corley found that 57% of wealthy people count calories every day, as opposed to 5% of poor people. He also found that 70% of rich folks eat fewer than 300 calories of junk food per day, but 97% of poor people eat above that mark.
There are many reasons wealthy people watch what they eat, but the most significant could very well be to ensure a longer life – and therefore an extended opportunity to earn more.
Coupled with healthy eating, wealthy people also believe in staying fit by exercising. Millionaires may be busy people, but they nearly always find time in their days to work out. In fact, Corley reports that 76% of wealthy folks do aerobic exercise at least four days per week, compared to 23% of poor people.Wealthy people choose a primary life goal and focus on it with laser-like precision – even if it seems outrageous or unattainable. Everything they do, every decision they make and action they take, is done with this primary objective in mind. Intense concentration of this nature is what enables the wealthy to accomplish what others only dream about. According to Corley, 80% of wealthy people focus on achieving a single goal, compared to only 12% of poor people.Setting goals is crucial to achieving wealth, but if it were the only requirement then nearly everyone would be rich. For the wealthy, setting specific goals and writing them down is a winning habit that works.
Of course, broad objectives – simply wishing to be rich, for example – are not goals. Specific goal-setting involves planning something tangible, such as earning X amount by Y time through Z activities.
Successful goals are actionable, and the wealthy are deliberate, dedicated
In order to achieve an overarching goal such as attaining wealth, you need to accomplish a number of smaller goals that feed into that main objective. For this reason, the majority of wealthy people create daily to-do lists – 81% percent of them, in fact, compared to 19% of poor people. What’s more, Corley finds that 67% of wealthy folks actually complete 70% or more of their to-do lists every day.In general, wealthy people work hard to achieve their goals, to the exclusion of most other activities. They avoid wasting time on nonproductive things like social media, and that’s because of their belief that time is money, and time misspent is money lost.
Instead of considering their weekly, monthly, or annual incomes, the wealthy focus on how much they should be earning every hour – and how much money they would lose by engaging in tasks that don’t produce money. This allows them to
There’s a popular saying that you have to spend money to make money. While this is true, most non-wealthy people don’t take into account the fact that the more money you spend, the less you have – and spending more than you earn does not result in wealth.
Rich people avoid overspending. Just because they could throw down half a million dollars for a brand new car doesn’t mean they do. The wealthy invest their time in comparison shopping and negotiation, getting the best deals.
Many wealthy people take breaks of an hour or more for lunch. This may seem to go against the idea that time is money, but the rich also understand how to work smarter, not harder – and taking breaks is an important part of that. A long, relaxing midday lunch allows you to refresh yourself, and return to work ready to put in more productive time.Wealthy people tend to believe in the importance of self-improvement and continuing education, and they typically turn to reading to fulfill these needs. Corley states that 86% of wealthy people love reading, as opposed to 26% of poor people.
What they read is just as important as how much: The rich person’s reading material of choice is nonfiction, usually self-improvement. 88% of wealthy people spend at least 30 minutes each day reading on that subject.
Wealthy people understand that risks lead to rewards, and as a result they’re more willing to go out on a limb – though they generally take calculated risks, not reckless ones. Furthermore, the rich know exactly what they stand to lose if a risk fails to deliver its reward. They are more likely to have contingency plans in place to minimize potential fallout in the event that things don’t go according to plan. The wealthy understand that in order to be successful, you must surround yourself with successful people. Networking with other rich people, or people with the drive and potential to become rich, is crucial for your own success.
Corley finds that 79% of wealthy people spend at least five hours a month networking – whether it’s at a conference, client event, online webinar, or just over coffee – while only 16% of poor people network consistently.
Hard work is critical for rich folks, but they also understand the importance of personal time for relaxation and self-improvement. For this reason, they rarely burn the midnight oil.
Knowing that if you push yourself to continue working every waking moment, you’re only going to end up exhausted, inefficient, and unable to produce worthwhile results is essential to success. The wealthy typically walk away from work by 5pm or 6pm, and don’t return to it until the next morning.
Charity and philanthropy are hallmarks of the wealthy. Those who are rich and successful tend to be generous with their wealth. Examples throughout history support this – from Nelson Rockefeller and Andrew Carnegie, to Carlos Slim and Bill Gates. Giving back to the community and improving the world is an important characteristic for the wealthy.According to Corley, 67% of rich people watch television for one hour or less per day, while only 23% of poor people limit their TV intake. They also generally avoid reality shows – only 6% of the wealthy watch them, compared to 78% of the non-wealthy. Rich folks simply choose more productive ways to spend their time.Winning the lottery would make anyone instantly rich. For the most part, though, the wealthy don’t believe in luck. Instead, they believe that actions and habits create the opportunity for luck.
That’s why only 6% of rich people play the lottery regularly, compared to 77% of poor people. Wealthy people believe you have to create your own luck through focus and hard work.
There’s a general assumption that wealthy people can afford to be honest and blunt, but the rich understand that not every thought or emotion should be aired. Good relationships are a crucial foundation for financial success – and speaking your mind can damage those relationships. Only 6% of the wealthy say what they’re thinking regularly, compared to 69% of poor people.Effective communication is another critical skill for the wealthy, and listening is an essential part of it. In general, rich people spend five minutes listening for each minute they speak. This enables them to truly understand where others are coming from, and to facilitate conversations that further relationships and foster success. While the wealthy may have extensive savings and vast retirement portfolios, they generally have no intention of retiring or at least, not as early as others. According to a Gallup poll, the average retirement age for Americans is 61, but the majority of wealthy people don't plan to retire until at least 70 - not because they have to keep working, but because they want to.
The longer you continue to work, the more money you can make.

Be intentional and deliberate
You should make a decision about the height you want to meet in your career and be intentional about it. Take your career a little more seriously, don’t just sit idle waiting for someone to ask you to join their team. “A lack of planning on your part does not constitute an emergency on another’s.”
Get to work, get a degree, get training, start somewhere! Excellence is execution tempered with discipline.
For me, I believe this is the first place to begin.

“A programmer does not primarily write code; rather, he primarily writes to another programmer about his problem solution. The understanding of this fact is the final step in his maturation as an engineer”. (Anonymous)
Exposure expands your mind, and lack of it can pose a limitation to you. Read about, learn from and associate with people more experienced. Ask smart questions that infer that you crave to grow better. “Questions are the important thing, answers are less important. Learning to ask a good question is the heart of intelligence.” Assumption can sometimes be the lowest level of knowledge. Steer clear of it, ensure that you hold a clear understanding of what to do, and how to do it.Don’t jump steps. If you start a task, stick to it until you finish it.
“Without requirements or design, programming is the art of adding bugs to an empty text file.” (Louis Srygley)
A couple of times you want to reply that tweet, watch YouTube videos, read that medium post, Yes! these are great of course. However, practising with a simple notepad to record ideas that cross your mind will help you maintain focus.
Most times, when you learn a new language you begin to code in a particular style that you want. However, when you start working on smaller parts of a big application, your style could introduce conflicts and discredit your capacity to work in a team.
Software development teams adopt globally accepted standards and will contribute to improving them. Your ability to follow standards will distinguish surely you.
“VALUE PEOPLE.” People will naturally value you if you offer them value. Learn to show empathy towards people.
Incrementally add value to yourself, improve your communication skills, learn a foreign language, practice public speaking, buy a new pet (if you love pets), visit your family and so on.
On the other hand, value your employer, code reviewer, senior engineers, line manager plus other team members.

Use both right and left parts of their brains
A highly effective engineer uses both their creative and analytical sides. This combination helps them to continually examine things and think of ways to make them work, while also thinking of new and innovative ways to develop products and help existing products to work more effectively.
A highly effective engineer uses both their creative and analytical sides. This combination helps them to continually examine things and think of ways to make them work, while also thinking of new and innovative ways to develop products and help existing products to work more effectively.Even the slightest error can cause an entire project to fail. The ability to be extremely observant and pay close attention to even the tiniest of details is essential for highly effective engineers. Most, if not all, engineers are part of a larger team who work together to create and produce a final product. In order to be successful, engineers must be able to work well in a team setting to help increase the probability of project success.Effective engineers use their resourcefulness and initiative to find solutions rather than just reporting problems and waiting for other people to solve them—they assess the situation at hand and develop a positive response for it.Education doesn’t end when a degree is received, and truly effective engineers know this. With technology constantly (and rapidly) changing, they know it is even more important to participate in continuing education to help stay up-to-date on new trends, techniques, industry developments, ideas, research, etc.Engineering plays a critical role in the customer’s experience and interaction with the end product. Great engineers take the time to understand who their end customer is and approach product design from the end users point of view. What may make sense to someone with the technical chops of an engineer may not be intuitive to a less technical customer. They understand the ultimate success of the product lies with the customer, and as a result they design, plan, create, and test accordingly.Effective engineers know they might have to hand over their project at some point to someone else. They keep accurate and up-to-date records, notes, etc. If they are the only one who knows how to fix it then they will be stuck fixing that project forever without the ability to grow and move on to bigger and better things.

(“Public radio strikes me as unbearably middlebrow.”)Yes, even when it’s bad—especially when it’s bad—artists can learn from the communication methods employed by the media. “I have found the news inspiring, both because of its power to manipulate our emotions through selective presentation of information and for the seductive fashion in which it is presented,” says Willis Thomas. “I am also inspired by our president and many of our leaders. They remind me why I do what I do and why I need to do and know more.”The habit most commonly shared among artists is a commitment to answering emails first thing in the morning—and then not thinking about them again. “I wake up early and answer emails, but then the rest of the day I try to work more creatively,” says Shirin Neshat.
If one doesn’t learn to separate these two aspects of an artist’s work, says Zoe Buckman, “the administrative side of the art practice can eclipse the making of the art practice.”
Exercise has long been associated with improved mental functioning, and there’s no reason it can’t also be approached creatively. “I practice Indian Clubs and Iranian Meels training several times a week,” says the painter Billy Childish (both are cone-like weights, the latter dating back to the Persian Empire), “as well as prayer and yoga.”Art-making is often a solitary activity, requiring enough self-discipline to structure one’s own time. “I work eight hours a day consistently—and if I don’t manage it during the day, I make up for it in the evening,” says Liza Lou. “It’s a lot like being an athlete: you train under all conditions. Just get in the studio no matter what you feel like.”“Barnett Newman complained that his wife Annalee didn’t understand that he was working when he was sitting in a chair looking out the window and smoking,” says Walter Robinson. “He’s my model.”
Studies have shown that creativity tends to occur when we’re not trying, which makes it important to let one’s mind occasionally drift from work. “In the summer, I go into the backyard and fiddle with the plants to remind myself about the cycles of the larger world,” says Rosler.
We are only as productive as the people around us, social science shows, so it’s important to pick our partners wisely. “My first husband was domestically demanding,” says Tompkins. “My advice would be to have a partner who wholeheartedly supports what you do and respects both your time and your space to be alone.”“I read as much as I can because it helps me relax and escape my own work,” says Neshat. “I try to keep up with new writers. At the moment I am reading On Beauty by Zadie Smith and Americanah by Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie.”
Other artists look to history for inspiration. Childish reads Vedanã, “the ancient Indian path of self knowledge,” while Otero enjoys paging through rare, old exhibition catalogues.
Buckman is sensitive to jet lag, but when traveling from London to New York, she finds it can actually work in her favor. “I’m awake at dawn, will meditate, and then hit the studio for a few hours before anyone’s awake,” she says. “It feels really good in those moments and I have greater clarity. I feel kind of unstoppable but calm, and I often wish I could live my life on a rhythm like that.”“I can paint and do interviews at the same time, as I don’t paint with that part of my brain,” says Childish. “When I go to paint I should obey the painting, not my wishes for the painting.”
“Whatever comes to mind is a good thing,” says Condo. “Don’t think before you work, work before you think.”
